Recently remodeled and furnished perfectly to be your home away from home! Relax just blocks from one of the nations best rated beaches in this 2 bedroom/2 full bath villa. Enjoy the ocean breeze from the lanai or explore the beautiful outdoor scenery. The villa sits just steps from the bay where the dolphins frequently visit and with the beach only a short walk away you can have your toes in the white sand in moments notice. Kitchen is fully equipped to allow full meal preparation or take a basket to the beach and bask in the sun. The master bath and main bath both have spacious tile showers (the main bath has a bath tub for flexibility) with built-in hair dryers. In the master bedroom there is a king bed and in the second bedroom two twin beds.There's also a sleeper sofa in the living room will sleep a 5th person! Flat screen TVs in the living room and both bedrooms, high speed internet (with WiFi), washer, and dryer make it easy to relax and leave your worries behind.
Attached carport provides covered parking for your vehicle if desired.
When crossing the street, you have access to 2 swimming pools, a Jacuzzi and the beautiful white sands of Crescent Beach.
The complex is located near shopping and many local eateries! The Siesta Key Trolley provides free transportation from one end of the key to the next.

This villa is lovely!! It is so clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated! We felt “at home” the minute we arrived. It had everything we needed and more. We’ve been going to Siesta Key for 15 years and this was the first time we stayed on the bay side…WOW! We didn’t know what we were missing! The owner, Chris, is so kind and helpful. My family and I would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing and lovely place to stay at Siesta Key.

We loved our stay in E-8. The street was quiet and the short walk to the bay was so nice. My son fished and we saw dolphins on the bay. Everything you need for a day at the beach is included with this villa and the villa itself is beautifully decorated, clean, and comfortable. Will definitely be back!

This was one of the best vacations we had. Nice clean property, low key, private beach. Our host, Chris was absolutely amazing. The umbrella broke our first day. We went and bought a new one and, he immediately reimbursed me the total bill. We can’t wait to go back.

This villa is exceptionally bright and clean. Chris is the ultimate host! He reached out before I booked and answered all my questions. After my arrival he texted to see that I arrived and everything was ok. We had an ac issue and he was on top of it instantly even offering to have window units installed! He even checked to see that I was aware of the hurricane! The resort is beautiful and everyone his friendly and very helpful!

My sister and I loved this rental property. Chris was quick to reply to my texts and answered all my questions. He has a great attitude and I really felt he wanted us to have a great time in his villa and was very informative about all the HW amenities. We enjoyed the Bayside watching all the different types of boats, fish, and birds. The Gulf side was a sight to behold and everything we thought it would be…and more. Everything was clean and updated. We appreciated the washer and dryer right at our unit. All of the little thoughtful touches made for a much needed relaxing week from the New York hustle. The neighbors were so friendly. Carol at the office was a huge help and so patient in explaining things. Thank you so much for sharing this slice of heaven with our family. We would highly recommend this property! From the charming interior to the convenient location, this quaint Villa gave our family a much needed reprieve. Situated on a somewhat tree lined street, this villa was perfect in all aspects and was exactly what we were looking for. With much care, the homeowner provided a stress free experience for our family so we may enjoy the beautiful beaches and Village of Siesta Key. We were grateful for the homeowners restaurant and suggestions on “things to do”, which allowed us to relax when we needed and plan activities when we wanted. The homeowner was extremely accessible and accommodating!
The interior is updated in a true “Island” feel. Our bedrooms were big and comfortable and we enjoyed eating outside as a family at the dining table. One of our favorite spots is enjoying our morning coffee at the “Coffee Corner” watching the dolphins, manatee and stingray jump in the intercoastal waterway. The neighbors were great and extremely welcoming …made us feel like we were “home”!
We will be back!

What can I say we had the most amazing time my husband and I needed a little time away especially with me homeschooling for the past year and a half. I was so afraid to travel with a pandemic but our host made it feel extra safe and comfortable. He also sent us a list on where to visit and eat he was very helpful! Everything was super clean and we felt so comfortable upon arrival! Horizons west is amazing we had our own little beach which was not packed at all! The pool was clean the facility was clean it was just perfect! Everyone on our block was super nice too! our neighbors were so friendly! My husband had a pretty bad sunburn and one of the neighbors offered him her aloe plant which he used many times! We will definitely be back here with our family next year!
