It is one of the few villas that has a screened lanai and is located very close to the beach. Also has a washer & dryer, high-speed Internet access, with 3 hi-def TVs.
Attached carport provides covered parking.

The complex is located near shopping and many local eateries! The Siesta Key Trolley provides free transportation from one end of the key to the other.
