All of the team members at Horizon’s West Siesta Key are AMAZING! Always willing to help and make certain that our stay was everything we wanted and then some!! I cannot say enough about the from office… the grounds maintenance team members are hardworking too. As an early riser, I was pleasantly surprised to find them working before 6 am! When I arrived at the beach, the pool area was already cleaned and prepped although still dark. The beach area was just cleaned and lounge chairs ready for us… the landscaping was manicured, immaculately kept and properly watered.
Highly recommended, an unforgettable experience every time!
